We recently designed and developed a website for Krista Mcfall – a season one contestant on ABC’s hit TV show Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition.
Her website had over 2,000 unique visitors in the first 24 hours after her show aired. She received 100+ email subscribers and over 900 fans on her Facebook page.
The first phase of Krista’s web strategy is to build her following. We setup the website in a way that we will gather as many fans/followers of her personal story through email subscriptions and her social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). We’ve also developed a strategy for guest blogging and writing articles on other diet and fitness websites with mass amounts of traffic, creating more exposure for Krista and continuing to build her following.
The second phase for Krista will be monetization. She has an amazing story, has overcome many obstacles and has a great amount of valuable information to share. Our strategy is to build a subscription based model that will give her fans access to diets, exercises, videos and one-on-one support from Krista.
